MAGNUM OPUS TOWER

Emirates Financial Towers

Opus By Omniyat

One of the most architecturally significant buildings in the world, The Opus is a 20-storey mixed-use masterpiece conceived in its entirety by the late Dame Zaha Hadid. Located in Dubai's Burj Khalifa District, the building takes the form of a monolithic glass cube with a 8-storey free-form void carved through its center. Spanning over 84,000 sq mt, The Opus houses 175 Grade-A offices, 96 designer residences, the award-winning ME Dubai Hotel, and a destination dining and entertainment quarter of over 90,000 sq ft.
